One support center for every Apsys product. Find your product below, browse frequent questions, or write to a real person — we answer within one business day.
Each product has its own team behind it. Choose yours and we'll route you to the right people.
For administrators, supervisors, and operators running Apsys CRM on their own servers.
For students, publishers, and organization admins on the Apsys LMS platform.
For iPhone users of Apsys Health — permissions, data questions, and feedback.
Common areas we help with every day — mention the topic in your message and it reaches the right person faster.
First steps with any Apsys product — setup, onboarding, first sync, first course, or first Recovery score.
Sign-in problems, password resets, locked accounts, roles and permissions across CRM and LMS.
LMS course payments, CRM deployment agreements, invoices, and enterprise questions.
Errors, sync failures, slow pages, or anything that looks broken — include a screenshot if you can.
How your data is stored, exports, retention, on-device privacy in Health, and security questions.
Ideas and suggestions go straight to the product teams — many shipped features started as user requests.
The questions we hear most often, across all three products.
Within one business day for all requests. Critical incidents for CRM deployments — a floor that can't work — are prioritized and handled first.
Yes. One Windows server (4 CPUs, 6 GB RAM) runs the app and the PostgreSQL database together. The build is self-contained — nothing else needs to be installed — and it can operate without internet access.
No. There are no per-user or per-month license fees. You host it, you add as many operators, supervisors, and admins as you need.
First try the password reset on the sign-in page. If you signed up with Google, use the Google button instead of email + password. Still stuck? Write to us with the email you registered with and we'll restore access.
The score needs enough history to build your personal baselines. It works without an Apple Watch, but if too little data is available for a day, the app deliberately shows no score instead of guessing. Keep Apple Health permissions on and give it a few days.
No. All analysis happens on your iPhone. The app has no servers, no account, no analytics SDK, and no ads — there is no networking code in it at all.
The more detail you share — product, what you expected, what you saw — the faster we can fix it.
